Air pollution and Cardiac Arrhythmia Episodes; A Novel Spatio-Temporal Model using a combination of Satellite Exposure Assessment based on Real Time Smartphone Geo-Positioning and Pacemaker's Tracing of Heart Rate

This study examines the association between exposure to air pollution and incidence of atrial fibrillation, using novel exposure assessment approach, to mitigate one of the problems of environmental studies - the accuracy of exposure assessment. This approach will combine remote satellite sensing, “smart” devices data on geographical positioning and continuous monitoring of the outcome by implantable devices data analysis.
